Surplus Inventory (SurplusInv) is a listing marketplace for surplus inventory. We connect buyers with independent vendors who list their own surplus parts, products, and equipment. We are not the seller of any item shown on the site, and we do not take payment for, ship, or hold the items that vendors list.
Returns are set by the vendor
Because each item is sold directly by the vendor who lists it, the return, refund, warranty, and exchange policy for any individual part or product is determined entirely by that vendor. Terms vary from one vendor to the next, and many surplus items are sold as-is.
Surplus Inventory does not set, guarantee, or process returns on a vendor's behalf.
