Not Sure What to List? Start With the Shelf.
The hardest part of selling surplus is usually just deciding what to list. Here's the simple answer: if it's taking up space and not selling, list it.
Discontinued parts. Overstock you bought deep on and never moved. Components left over from a project or a product line you've retired. Returns that are perfectly good but can't go back into primary stock. If it's sitting on a shelf costing you money, it's a candidate.
You don't have to list everything at once. Start with your slowest-moving items — the stuff that's been there longest — and add more as you go. Or export your inventory and upload the whole catalog in one pass.
There's no minimum and no long-term commitment. List what you've got, see what moves, and adjust.
