Keep your listings current without ever logging in.
On the Premium plan, every account gets a private email address that turns inventory management into a set-it-and-forget-it task. Email a spreadsheet of your surplus to that address and we refresh your entire catalog from the file — no manual data entry, no logging in to upload.
The real power is automation. Most ERP and inventory systems can export a report and email it on a schedule. Point one at your private address and your surplus listings stay in lockstep with the system of record — updated quantities, new parts, price changes, and sold-out items all flow through on their own, as often as you like.
How It Works
Three steps, then it runs itself.
Email your spreadsheet.
Attach your inventory file and send it to the private address shown on your Email Spreadsheet Configuration page. Send it yourself, or let your ERP send it automatically on a schedule.
We refresh your catalog.
We read the attachment, match its columns to part fields, and replace your current listings with the contents of the file — all in one pass.
You get a confirmation email.
We email you a summary the moment we're done — how many parts were created, how many rows were processed, and any rows that were skipped or had problems. If something goes wrong, you get a clear reason instead of a silent failure.
What to Send
File formats and fields.
Attach a single .csv, .xls, or .xlsxfile, up to 10 MB. Each row needs the five required fields — manufacturer, part number, description, quantity, and price. You can also include optional columns for contact name, email, and phone, location, category, condition, notes, and image or product URLs. We auto-detect your header row and map common column names for you.
Authorized senders.
Only messages from your account email are accepted by default. Add authorized senders on your configuration page to let a teammate's address — or your ERP system's outbound mailer — send on your behalf. Anything from an unknown sender is rejected, and you're notified.
On your schedule.
There's nothing to install. Configure your ERP or reporting tool to email a fresh export nightly, weekly, or whenever your inventory changes, and your surplus listings update themselves to match.
Each email replaces your entire catalog.
This is a full sync, not an incremental update. Every email clears your existing listings and rebuilds them from the attached file, so the spreadsheet you send must contain allof the parts you want listed — never a partial change or a list of just the additions. This is exactly what makes it safe to automate from an ERP export, which always reflects your complete current inventory. If an upload fails for any reason, it's rolled back and your existing listings are left untouched.
